If the 2020 .csv export you’re getting for certain catalogs is jumbled up and the wrong data is in the wrong columns, follow these instructions to straighten it out inside 2020.
We have no idea how this happens in 2020, but somehow the global settings can get messed up. If you’re having export issues where it’s not getting the right data in the right place:
1) Open “Global Attributes” in 2020
2) Select one of the catalogs you use in the left panel
3) Click the “Reset All” button under that panel.
Do this for any / all catalogs that are messed up when exporting.
This will reset all settings and put it back to normal. Then the exports should be formatted correctly.
