In our software, users must have an account, and login to make any changes to their own account.
If a user desired to turn on multi-factor authentication, they must login to their account, and go to “Settings” and click the button to enable the MFA.
If enabled, when they login, it will send a one-time code to their cell phone on their account, and they will enter that code to be able to login to the software program.
To turn off MFA, they do the same but un-check the box.
This is the ONLY way to enable / disable MFA. We do not share any users information with anyone. It’s only in their own account.
