Fits the tools your designers and suppliers already use
A kitchen & bath dealer doesn’t work in a vacuum. Designs come out of design software, catalogs come from manufacturers, and orders go out to suppliers and installers. Equilibrium sits in the middle of that flow — pulling designs in, keeping catalog data current, and pushing clean orders and proposals back out — so the dealer isn’t re-keying the same job at every step.
Bring your designs straight in
Designers don’t have to start over in Equilibrium. It imports designs from 2020 Design (now Cyncly) and ProKitchen, and pulls items in from SpecBooks and Microsoft Excel. The design your team already built becomes a priced, quotable job in Equilibrium — no manual re-entry, no transcription errors between the drawing and the quote.
Manufacturer catalogs, maintained for you
The deepest integration in Equilibrium isn’t a checkbox — it’s the catalog data itself. Equilibrium maintains the manufacturer catalogs behind your quotes, so pricing stays current without your team chasing spreadsheets. National catalog updates come to Breakfront directly from the manufacturer; local or dealer-specific pricing is updated when you send it in. It’s the reason Equilibrium can price cabinets, hardware, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, labor, and more — across an enormous range of lines, including all the brands under the two largest conglomerates in the industry, Masterbrands and Cabinet Works Group.
Clean orders out — to suppliers and installers
What comes out of Equilibrium is as connected as what goes in. Purchase orders to suppliers and per-installer POs — with the specialized instructions each installer needs — are generated and sent from the system, along with proposals and contracts in the layout and level of detail the job calls for. The whole job flows through one system instead of being rebuilt in three.
Why one connected system beats a stack of point tools
Every hand-off between disconnected tools is a chance for a number to drift — a price that’s stale, an item that didn’t carry over, a margin that quietly erodes between the sale and the books. Keeping design import, catalog pricing, quoting, purchasing, and reporting in one system is what closes that gap. As one dealer described it, Equilibrium ended the “shadow effect between what the salespeople are doing and what the accounting department is doing.”
