A summary of EQ updates released December 2019.

Now documents stored on the Job are also shown on the Quotes and Orders for that Job. So you can see both Quote Docs and Job Docs.

You can now rename ANY calendar name in EQ. Previously you could only rename 4 of them.

EQ Bug Fixes in a June 2019 Release. Various fixes in Quotes and Orders.

A new proposal is now in EQ. It’s the Room/Item Group Proposal but the group totals INCLUDE tax at the bottom of the proposal.

You can now view attachments in EQ on your iPad (attachments like images, PDFs, or Word docs stored in your Job or Order).
Previously attachments would not open on iPad.

Confirm notes were not showing when you made the Confirm Notes column visible in either PO list. They now show when you show that column either inside the order on the Purchasing tab, or on the PO List. To see all the latest fixes and features...

The account number field for a Purchase Order now populates automatically if there is only 1 possible account number for the order. Even if there are multiple account numbers for the company, as long as there are not multiple available to that order/location it will...

  The Proposal by Room/Item Group was sorting line items by supplier name instead of by the line numbers in the order they were on the quote. This is corrected and the items are now in the same order within each Room / Item Group as they are on the Quote....

This is a workaround to fix the duplicate page or part of a page on proposals. We appreciate your patience as we find a solution for this issue.

You can now attach documents at the Customer Level. Docs attached at Customer level can automatically be seen on any Jobs or Quotes/Orders for that customer.

In the history tab you could not scroll to see the history lines if there were enough to fill the page. You can now scroll to see entire history.

EQ Limits have been increased on document attachments and on attachments for Proposals and POs.

Occasionally users were seeing unwanted whitespace in proposals between items on the proposal. This has been fixed. 

Previously if you used an arrow to move an Item Group up or down it would re-arrange the order of the items in the group(s). It no longer does this and keeps them all in the same order.

If you need to do an item with a credit amount, you can now do a negative sell price on a misc item. This is for administrator only, but it allows you to use a negative sign for a negative amount. 

We’ve added the ability to use $ in the description field again. Use them as much as you want now. Previously they caused an issue which has been resolved.

You can now export orders to Intacct Accounting System.  

When you receive a Purchase Order, sometimes it would populate the receive date of other PO's with the same receive date as the one you just received. This has been fixed.

When users tried to click the pencil to edit a line item the hovertext that says "Edit Line Item" would sometimes get in the way of clicking the pencil. The hovertext has been removed so that this doesn't happen. It's pretty self-explanatory what the pencil is anyway.
