July EQ Feature Updates!
The following features and fixes are now live in EQ.
1) Proposal and Contract FAVORITES
You no longer need to look at the list of a bazillion Proposals and Contracts. Now you can mark the ones that are your “Favorites”, then click the button at the top to SHOW ONLY FAVORITES and hide the others.
Once you mark your Favorites, click the button at the top to SHOW ONLY FAVORITES, and the rest will hide. And this will stay this way until you un-check the star to show them again. You can mark any on the Proposals tab, or the Contracts tab.
2) PO “Actual Cost” Added to the Bottom of Purchase Orders for Visibility
The bottom of your viewed/printed PO’s now shows the “EQ Cost” AND the “Actual PO Cost”.
3) Other Features / Fixes
1) Improvements have been made to the “P” Purchase icon on the Order list making them more correct.
2) Additional fields have been added to the QuickBooks exports for Sales Orders:
– Contract Variance
– Lead Creator
– Lead Owner
– Job Creator
– Job Owner
– Account Manager
– Order Creator
3) Additional fields have been added to the QuickBooks exports for Purchase Orders:
– PO Actual Cost
4) A glitch that would happen when dragging cost factor rules has been fixed.
5) A bug that un-marked the “Install” flag on a line item when editing the item in-line has been fixed.
6) A bug where the Export icon would not turn green after exporting a PO has been fixed.
7) A bug that caused an error when assigning an “Employee” as the Primary Contact of an order has been fixed.
