August EQ New Release Updates!
The following features and fixes are now live in EQ.
1) You Can Now Print Your Calendar!
You’ll notice a “Print Calendar” button now when you’re in the calendar.
When you click the button, you’ll get a window that allows you to choose what calendars you want to include on the printout, as well as what date range you want to print.
Based on the chosen calendars and date range, you’ll get a report that includes everything you chose in date / time order.
The information shown on the printout includes the Date/Time, Customer Name, Job Name (and Number), Job Address, the Calendar the event is on, the Installer Name, and whether the event is “Confirmed” or not.
2) Upload Multiple Documents at Once to your Job/Order
Now you can upload multiple documents/attachments at the same time instead of one-at-a-time.
When you browse to pick your files, you can multi-select the files by either holding shift while you select (select the first file, then hold shift and select the last file to select them all), or you can hold the control (ctrl) key and select each individual file as many as you want.
Once you have the files selected, choose “Open” and it will upload all of the selected files.
You’ll notice that you can’t put in a “Description” or anything when you upload multiple docs. When you load multiple, you need to pick the document type and put in the description on each file you uploaded to make it clear what they are.
3) “Hide Inactive” on Lists
On your Cost Factor list and Pricing Profile and Installation Profile lists, you now have a “Show Inactive” button at the top of the lists. The lists will no longer show inactive items to make it clean. If you want to see the inactive ones in the list, just click the button.
4) Job Number Added to Proposals/Contracts/Internal Reports
Since the printouts already show the Quote/Order number at the top, many users also want to see the “Job Number” on the printout. We now show the Job Number next to the title “Job” on the reports.
5) Other Fixes
1) A bug that made it take a long time to view a Purchase Order has been fixed.
2) A bug that made it so “Installer Types” was not showing on Suppliers is fixed.
3) A bug that caused an “Unable to Save” error when multiple people tried to save a Quote at the same time, has been fixed.
