The solution is to change the spacing so that it doesn’t end at that “right spot” at the bottom of the page. So if you have any spaces you can delete in any text above that to bring it up a line or two. Or you might be able to add spacing to make it longer so it goes beyond that point.
Try the following:
1) Remove some spaces or lines above the bottom line on a page. For example, if you have a description that takes a few lines, simplify or remove blank lines to bring it up a line or two.
2) Add some space so it pushes more toward the bottom.
3) Add a blank “Item Group”. That has the desired effect of adding space. It will show on the report (room/item group report), but nothing will be in it.
Example:
Here’s a proposal that duplicates a section (or a whole page):
If I remove a line of text, by either deleting a blank line or two, or by simplifying the text to save a line or two, it will fix it.
The result is the report is fixed and no duplicate. You may have to try 1 or 2 lines or more to get your’s right.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will have this fixed as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience!!!
