We have fixed a bug in Supplier Account Numbers, where the Supplier list was NOT limiting the list of Suppliers or Catalogs to the locations that have a valid account number for that Supplier. 

Because of this fix you may find that some of your suppliers or catalogs are not showing in the list. If so, it’s because the account number for that Supplier is not marked valid for your location or the location of your job. 

Have an administrator or someone who can edit Suppliers do the following to correct it. 

  1. Find the Supplier in the Sidekick Search
  2. Edit the Supplier and go to the “Accounts” tab. 
  3. Click on the Account Number(s) and make sure that the appropriate Location is checked for that Account Number. If a supplier is not showing for you, it’s likely because it’s not checked for your location or the location of your job.
