Closed (or Completed) orders and deactivated opportunities and jobs do not appear in your lists.  Anything that has not been deleted will continue to exist in your Equilibrium environment… we just figured you would want to see what projects will make you money in the future rather than the projects that made you money in the past.

There certainly are times when you will have to reference old projects and orders.  There are two ways to do this.  The method you choose depends on the answer to the following question…

“Do you know the name (or part of the name) of the old order or job?”

  • YES – This is the easiest way to pull up old projects… simply check the “Include Inactive” box and type the name in the search box in the Sidekick.  Equilibrium will find everything that matches, even if it’s been deactivated or closed.

  • NO – You can still find these old projects… it just takes a little more work.  Go to the Quotes/Orders list if you’re trying to find a closed (completed) order, or go to the Opp/Job list if you’re trying to find a deactivated opportunity or job.  Look in the filters area at the bottom of the Sidekick… at the bottom you will see your options for filtering Closed, Inactivate, even Lost projects.

Once you have found what you’re looking for, you can either make it active again or leave it inactive.  It’s completely up to you!
