NEW Service Order Totals Report
We’ve added a new report that gives you the totals (cost and sell) for Service Orders broken down by “Reason Code”. This report is structured just like the Order Totals Report, but it’s also grouped by “Reason Code” (where you capture the reason you’re having to do each Service Order item).
Many users want to see their costs of a Service Order by Reason Code to know what to “charge back” to installers, salespeople, etc. This report will give you what you need. Or if you have other needs to see the breakdown by Reason Code you can use this report.
