What is the difference between a Job & Opportunity?

An Opportunity is a Job that has not been “won” yet.  It is an Opportunity to win business, and all Jobs start as Opportunities.  It normally represents the property or location where the products will be going and the work will be done.  Opportunities and Jobs may have multiple quotes and/or orders.
