Ever wonder how your geographical location affects the amount of money your clients spend on their kitchen remodels?
Here’s your answer
A recent article in the Wall Street Journal highlighted a study done by Houzz, the home remodeling and design website, regarding the average cost of kitchen remodels throughout different regions of the USA.
According to the findings, based on a survey taken in mid-January to mid-February by over 100,000 registered users of houzz.com, kitchen remodels in the Northeast cost approximately 33% more than a remodel in the South. The price of complete home remodels or redesigns were also found to be highest in the Northeast, while custom home construction projects were priciest out West.
